Whole Rack Pork Ribs
This is finger licking good entree. Coated with Sting-Ray’s signature Barbeque dry rub and slow smoked until tender then slathered with Sting-Ray’s rib sauce.

Crab Cake Platter
A crowd pleasing choice. 2 crab cakes made with crabmeat mixed with Sting-Ray’s spices and seasoning. Deep fried until golden brown. Served with 2 sides.

Coconut Custard Pie
